Event Insurance
With events involving any type of alcohol, the following insurance requirements must be met by the Renter and proof submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event:
- Certificate of Insurance from Renter (available through your own insurance company; or, from companies such as The Event Helper, demonstrating $1million in coverage per occurrence/$2million aggregate (must include Liquor Liability coverage if bringing own alcohol, wine and/or beer). The following must be named as “Additional Insureds”:
- “City of Lenoir City, its employees, and agents” (530 Hwy. 321 N., Lenoir City, TN 37771)
- “The Venue at Lenoir City, its employees, and agents” (7690 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City, TN 37772)
- Events with catering and/or vendor-provided alcohol (including beer & wine) – additional Certificate of Insurance from vendor(s) demonstrating $1million in coverage per occurrence/$2million aggregate in coverage and naming the City of Lenoir City… and The Venue at Lenoir City… (above) as “Additional Insureds.”
- Events with other vendors providing paid services to Renter – additional Certificate of Insurance from vendor(s) demonstrating $1million in coverage per occurrence/$2million aggregate in coverage and naming the City of Lenoir City… and The Venue at Lenoir City… (above) as “Additional Insureds.”
